Samui has extensive experience in planning and managing all aspects of any event, from team meetings or projects workshops to international conferences.

  • Event planning: we will develop a realistic plan, outlining all the tasks and milestones that need to be completed and achieved between our first meeting and the beginning of the event.
  • Venue sourcing for meetings, workshops, seminars, conferences or exhibitions
  • Event promotion through traditional media campaigns and extensive digital marketing
  • Registration management from simple online registration process to multiple payment facilities and access to registration lists / reports
  • Abstract & paper management allowing speakers, to create and manage their own account and submit abstracts and papers online; the event organisers to allocate abstracts and papers to reviewers and manage review easily online; the event organisers to allocate sessions, speakers and chairpersons using the online management system
